Helping Yes on Issue 24 pass real policing reform in Cleveland was no simple task, but we are incredibly proud to have helped get it done.
Ballot referenda are always tricky because they are rarely top of mind for voters, and because the language on the ballot can often be confusing. Both dynamics were in play in Cleveland in 2021, but by strategically targeting votes, educating them about the referendum, and building a more positive message than the official language we helped ensure real accountability for police and a safer Cleveland for everyone.
